Design & Construction of the Winton Rural Fire Service Brigade Station for Tamworth Regional Council, located on Duri-Winton Road, Winton NSW. This Design and Construct project involved the design and construction of a new Category 2A RFS Brigade Station on a 50m × 60m site, including a full fit-out engine bay, multi-purpose room, amenities, and change rooms. The works encompassed all architectural, civil, structural, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical disciplines, along with site establishment, concrete slab and apron, gravel driveway and hardstand, stormwater drainage, fencing, solar system, security system, NBN pathways, and site rehabilitation. The building was designed to a minimum 25-year structural design life, with materials selected for durability and resilience to bushfire, reflecting the critical role this facility will play in supporting the local RFS brigade and the broader Winton community.
