Construction of a new multi-unit industrial development at 84 Barnes Street, Tamworth, on behalf of P & H Sleiman. This construct only project involved the delivery of six industrial units with a total gross floor area of approximately 768m², constructed adjoining the existing Tamworth Commercial Centre. The works featured concrete tilt-up wall panels with a painted finish, Colorbond roof sheeting with box gutters, steel-framed bullnose awnings, and Colorbond industrial roller shutters and aluminium shopfront glazed entries to each unit. Each unit was delivered with amenities including toilet facilities, tea bench areas, hot water units, fire hose reels, emergency lighting and exit signage. The project also included concrete hardstand, line-marked car parking for vehicles and integration with the existing site access and security fencing. The completed development provides high-quality, functional industrial accommodation in one of Tamworth’s established commercial and industrial precincts.
